We had an exceptional stay at this guesthouse surrounded by lush gardens and a serene atmosphere. The hosts were welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The homemade breakfast and dinner were delicious and the portions generous. The location provided easy access to nearby landmarks and bike rentals were available for exploring the villages. Definitely a top choice for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
The only drawback was the limited access to the lake due to overgrown surroundings and farming activities.

We had an amazing stay at this remote and beautiful accommodation. the huts were lovely and clean, and the view from the rock was breathtaking. the couple running the place were friendly and prepared excellent Sri Lankan food. Perfect for friends who enjoy going out at nights.
Felt free to seek any assistance, no complaints at all.

I always return to this wonderful place in Sigiriya. The staff welcomed me with a refreshing drink on my first stay, and I've been hooked ever since. It has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, free parking, air conditioning, and a restaurant. Perfect for a romantic escape.

We had the most charming stay at a serene place in rural Sri Lanka. The location of the accommodation was fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the lake and the majestic Sigiriya Rock. The lush vegetation surrounding the property created a tranquil and relaxed environment, perfect for immersing ourselves in the beauty of nature. The breakfast served was excellent, and the service provided by the caring host was top-notch. We were also delighted to indulge in some bird watching during our walk around the lake. Despite the occasional noise from the dogs in the area at night, we soon realized that this is typical of rural Sri Lanka. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hidden gem for those seeking an authentic and peaceful getaway.

I had a great time at this hotel! The location was beautiful, with a stunning view of the lake and the famous rock. It was so peaceful and relaxing, exactly what I needed for my city break. The room itself was amazing, with window walls that allowed me to fully appreciate the breathtaking nature right outside. I could just sit there for hours, taking in the view. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with any queries or requests.
There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the hotel was quite remote, which made it difficult to find nearby restaurants and shops.

Breathtaking view near Lion Rock, reached by TukTuk in 10 mins. Charming, clean chalet with magical lake nights. Fantastic safari organized by Amila at Minneriya National Park. Strong Wi-Fi surprising. Memorable stay, highly recommended.

The food was mind-blowing, the room was super comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the location was jaw-dropping. The hosts were incredibly friendly and the view of Lion Rock from the room was absolutely stunning. The surrounding nature was peaceful and it was a treat to wake up to the sound of birds and sometimes even spotting elephants in the nearby lake. The dinner and breakfast provided by the hostess were delicious. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities like hiking, cycling, and fishing. an amazing experience and highly recommended for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

The single room at Sigiri Lake Paradise was absolutely charming, with its private entrance and a beautiful view of the garden. It felt like my own little oasis. The double room had a lovely tile/marble floor that added a touch of elegance. The private patio and entrance made it feel even more special. I loved the cozy feel of the single room with its private entrance. It made me feel like I had my own little hideaway. The seating area in the double room was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The double room with a lake view was simply breathtaking. Waking up to such a stunning scenery was a treat for the senses.
Personally, I found the soundproofing in the single room to be a bit lacking. But I understand that some guests might enjoy the faint sounds of nature seeping in.

The hotel's decoration was charming and cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I particularly liked the comfortable seating areas in the general areas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views of the lake and surrounding nature. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and handrails in place to assist with mobility.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there in terms of providing information and suggestions for activities suitable for senior people.

I recently stayed at a super cute cottage at Sigiri Lake Paradise in Sigiriya. The hosts have thought of everything to provide an enjoyable stay, including outdoor seating areas, Canadian-compatible plugs, and a mosquito net. The natural materials used in the cottages and the beautiful gardens added to the overall charm. The food was some of the best I've had in Sri Lanka, and the view of the lake was absolutely stunning. The hosts were warm and helpful, and the wifi was great. Highly recommend this hotel!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The value for money at Sigiri Lake Paradise was excellent, as we got a beautiful room with a stunning view of Lion's Rock right from our bed. The location was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for couples, and the staff treated us with warmth and hospitality.
The breakfast option could have been more varied or had more options to choose from.
